My productivity has increased 10-20%. I had 7 staff members and now I have 5. I’m operating more efficiently with less staff and making more money. I can’t imagine practicing without practice management software.

No more sticky notes on files! One paralegal was writing sticky notes on files and now all notes are in the system so attorneys can see all notes. Compared to what we were doing it is great and definitely easier to find everything. We don’t have to have multiple programs, and now our processes are streamlined.

One of the biggest things for us was noting the file. People kept things in their brains, but after implementing our practice management software the case documentation in all our files increased dramatically. It makes our work (the attorneys) so much easier because we don’t always talk with the clients, and now we can look immediately at the electronic file and tell at a glance what everyone else has done on the file without having to ask them.

I love your [Time Matters] Practice Area Template … it’s amazing. Don’t know how anyone uses Time Matters without it (unless they pay for a lot of customization).

We are “thrilled” with BKexpress. Our Chapter 13 billing is 2000% more accurate, we have decreasing client dissatisfaction, and we are billing the heck out of the Chapter 13s. The shared Notes are great … we can now easily see what happened in the case. We LOVE BKexpress. It was well worth the money!

Before Time Matters it was horrible…me keeping track of cases. Now I meet weekly with the staff and they give me a report based on date and category. I know the status of each case and am able to understand where all our cases are.

Time Matters has made me a better attorney and made my practice better. My peers have high expectations of me and know that I am highly organized. It has increased my recognition among my peers as they view me as a leader in the business.

Can I tell you how amazing it has been? We are totally caught up on our backlog. Everything is scanned and totally paperless. 1000 times better. Our new [Document Management System] is a truly amazing product. We can’t thank you enough!
