Tom Rowe founded OTB Consulting with something most legal technology consultants don't have — he's actually practiced law. A fourth-generation attorney with dual degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from Vanderbilt and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, Tom spent nine years in practice before making the move into legal technology full time.

Before OTB, Tom served as Vice President at DATA.TXT Corporation, developers of Time Matters, where he led the consultant certification program, delivered all certified training and served on the development team for versions 3.0 through 9.0. He is the chief architect of BKexpress, a leading practice management system for consumer bankruptcy firms, and for the past decade has focused primarily on NetDocuments — migrating firms, corporations and general counsel offices from iManage, eDocs, ProLaw, Worldox and Windows document shares. He has personally migrated over 100 million documents and emails.

In 2001, Tom was named TechnoLawyer.com Legal Technology Consultant of the Year. He has spoken at New York LegalTech, ABA TechShow and West Coast LegalTech, and has been published widely in leading legal technology periodicals.

Lindsay Espersen brings something rare to legal technology consulting — she's lived inside the law firms she now helps. With over 20 years of experience working in some of the largest bankruptcy firms in the US, she understands how law firms actually operate, not just how the software manuals say they should.

Lindsay was instrumental in growing a law firm from inception to become the largest bankruptcy practice in Texas, capturing 10% of the state's market share — a result driven by technology, process optimization and relentless attention to efficiency. She is certified in NetDocuments and PatternBuilder, has deep experience with Time Matters and other practice management systems, and was a key designer of OTB's award-winning BKexpress system.

Her specialties include workflow analysis, process improvement, systems design and training. These are the exact skills that turn a good implementation into one that sticks.

If there's a complex migration, Patrick Henderson is the person you want on it. As OTB's Senior Technical Lead, Patrick specializes in NetDocuments implementations and the kind of deep, technically demanding document migrations that require more than a checklist — eDocs, WorldDocs, SharePoint, Time Matters, iManage. He's worked with all of them.

Patrick spent over 15 years at LexisNexis in technical support, rising to Senior Systems Engineer and serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert on Time Matters for account representatives and developers. Before OTB he built custom configurations, developed SQL-based solutions and handled end-to-end data migrations at Circle Management Group.
